Welcome — I’m kelly, a passionate holistic therapist based in Herne Bay, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward balance, healing, and self-discovery. At Rosey Lees Holistics, my mission is to create a safe, nurturing space where mind, body, and spirit are supported equally, and where every client feels truly seen, heard, and understood.

About Me

As an award-winning holistic practitioner — honoured as Holistic Practitioner of the Year by the Prestige Awards and shortlisted by the Complementary Medical Association — I bring a wealth of training, experience, and compassion to my practice. My work is deeply client-centred, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing happens on every level — physical, emotional, and energetic.

I hold advanced qualifications in psychotherapy and counselling, emotional healing, and neurodiversity support, and I specialise in working with individuals and families navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is informed not only by professional expertise but also by my own lived experience as a parent, which gives me a deep understanding of the complexities and strengths within neurodiverse lives.

In addition to therapeutic support, I offer a range of holistic bodywork therapies — including massage, acupressure, Indian head massage, and EFT — to help release physical tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore inner balance. My background in herbal medicine and natural health also allows me to incorporate gentle, evidence-informed remedies and lifestyle approaches to support overall wellbeing.
